In the financial market, there are certain factors which are certain to affect the outlook of a country’s economy and therefore the value of its currency over a long period of time. Some of these factors are unemployment, inflation and general economic stability. If we look at the Eurozone, the inability of many countries there to handle their sovereign debt on their own has led to a long-term bearish outlook for many of those economies. This makes the economic tide an important factor in forex trading.
