Depending on your aims, you could just invest in them all - have a look at some of the commodity ETFs such as DBC.

In my opinion, go with the FMGC (Fast Moving Consumer Goods). you can find many companies around you working in this regard.

No big deal to find a good reputed company. Food is a thing that does not change with the fashion or time ! after all people cannot stop eating anyway
