Last year more vets took their lives than died in Afghanistan. A tragedy either way.

And I'm guessing more of them that took their lives did so with a gun.

But I suppose they were all considered responsible gun owners.

Last year more vets took their lives than died in Afghanistan..

WTF????

How many vets are there in 'the ghan'?

what kind of statistic is that?

WTF???

You really think they can afford vets in the ghan? No way. If their horse is ill, they'll freakin eat it, not seek medical help.

WTF!!!!

How come Americans are so fascinated with guns?

I mean if they knew how to use a freaking gun, I could understand it, but the facts demonstrate Americans have no freaking idea on how to use a gun properly.

If Americans knew how to use guns, they'd be a bit better at fighting wars. Lets look at Americas track record in wars:

1. 'War of Independence'. This is when a bunch of gorillas fought in a civil war against the British. The common day name for gorilla warfare by Americans is TERRORISM. Any freedom fighter today is now labelled a terrorrist, yet interestingly, it is through terrorism we see the only victory America has ever seen. Maybe we should put the 'founding fathers' into Git'mo Bay?

2. World War 1. No show.

3. World War 2. Took a few years to decide which side to back. They wouldn't have won the Pacific war with out the help of the British. They claim victory against Hitler, but of course it was the British and the Battle of Britain that put the nails in Gerry's coffin.

4. Vietnam. Lost badly.

5. Iraq. No victory there. Replaced one dictator with a bunch of war lords. Iraq is in a worse state now and more violent.

5. Battle of Mogadishu. Ouch! A bunch of bush men kicked Americas ass into humiliation.

6. Afghanistan. Still no victory against a bunch of fanatical sheppard's and herds men after 9+ years is it now?

7. Everyone's fave: The War Against Terror!!!!!! Which terror? The one America financed and started? Have they won that war yet? Will they ever?

So, if America wants guns, who cares? Remember, if an American points a gun at you, have no fear. Chances are, he doesn't know how to use it anyway!!

Breaking news: Texas lawmakers to introduce law threatening felony arrest of any feds who attempt to enforce Obama's gun control orders.

Texas state Rep. Steve Toth has just announced his intention to introduce a "Firearms Protection Act" into law which would make it a felony crime for anyone, including federal agents, to enforce Obama's anticipated gun control executive orders, including orders that attempt to limit the size of gun magazines.

"The Firearms Protection Act bill would make any federal law banning semi-automatic firearms or limiting the size of gun magazines unenforceable within the state's boundaries. Anyone trying to enforce a federal gun ban could face felony charges under the proposal," reads Steve Toth's website announcement.

"We can no longer depend on the Federal Government and this Administration to uphold a Constitution that they no longer believe in. The liberties of the People of Texas and the sovereignty of our State are too important to just let the Federal Government take them away. The overreach of the federal administrations executive orders that are do not align with the Constitution, are not very popular here in Texas."

Confirmed: Huge outpouring of support

Rep. Toth's chief of staff Amy Lane this morning confirmed the bill is being drafted by attorneys and that final language is expected by next Tuesday. The bill is roughly similar to the Firearms Protection Act that has already been introduced in Wyoming, and it would bar the state of Texas from using financial or personnel resources to engage in any sort of gun confiscation activity. It would furthermore make it a felony crime for any federal officer or employee to infringe on the constitutionally-protected gun rights of law-abiding Texas citizens.

The response to Rep. Toth's announcement has been gigantic. "We've been flooded with phone calls," Amy told me a few minutes ago. "We're even getting many calls from New Yorkers who are saying they're ready to leave the state and come to Texas."

President Obama is expect to announce 19 executive orders as early as tomorrow that would bypass Congress and impose unconstitutional and illegal restrictions on gun magazine capacity, the sales of rifles and much more. Resistance against Obama's gun grabbing schemes is growing by the day, all across America. Nowhere is this resistance more determined and vocal than in Texas, where the vast majority of citizens own and cherish their firearms for self defense, farming and ranching, and defense against tyranny.

Rep. Steve Toth is scheduled to join me LIVE on the Alex Jones Show this coming Friday at 12:30 central standard time, for a phone interview. He may also appear as early as tomorrow with Alex. Visit Alex Jones' Infowars: There's a war on for your mind! to listen in.

ACTION items:

1) If you live in Wyoming or Texas, immediately call your state representatives and tell them you absolutely support the Firearms Protection Act. Urge them to vote for it.

2) If you live in another state, immediately call your state representatives and urge them to introduce your own Firearms Protection Act to counter the out-of-control federal government and its illegal executive orders that violate the United States Constitution.

To find the appropriate phone numbers, just search online for "(Your state) legislature phone numbers" and you should be able to locate the lists.

This is a time when all freedom-loving Americans must stand together against federal tyranny and NULLIFY unconstitutional executive orders and legislative errors that threaten the law-abiding citizens of this great nation.

It is time to say NO! to Obama, NO! to Cuomo, NO! to gun grabbers and NO! to Washington D.C.

Just Awesome!!

Really than who was the one rescuing kidnapped Chinese fisherman by pirates off Yemen?

And countless other examples of this country coming to the aid of others.

But I won't even bother any further with you because your envy of anything U.S. is so apparent.

They can start by saying NO to federal funding. In fact, all the conservative states should start protesting by saying NO to federal funding. Bunch of hypocrites who take more money than they give. Sounds to me like your state is all for socialism. Bunch of hypocrites. Again, you can thank states like me for your existence or you wouldn't be able to live such a comfortable life.

Yes, your state takes more money than it pays in federal taxes. Look it up. I am sure you'll be happy to know you are a taker.

And, you should kiss Obama's ass for your existence. I would like to see the day that your state gives it back! Make me laugh. Its called Red Socialism. Yes AWESOME!

The same loons who cry ... 2nd amendment sezs we can have our very own arsenal ... want to throw out the constitution allowing states to arrest feds.

The law if it ever were to make it on to the books, by this grandstanding politician, would be ruled unconstitutional anyway.

State Representative Steve Toth Discusses Firearms Protection Act in Texas [AUDIO]

Someone got their signals crossed?

"Although the bill is primarily a defense against an executive order, Toth said it would not cover federal overreach, since it would be trumped by the Supremacy Clause. Right now, the bill is being reviewed by lawyers to make sure the bill is “airtight,” before he brings the bill before the House".
