What Are the Best Platform for Stock Day Trading?

I am looking for a platform for stock day trading. I am an active trader with stocks only; I am averaging 20-35 trades per day on Indian market.

I need a platform with a fast order execution time, like Direct Access Trading System, cause with day trading & scalping it's all about fast execution.

I dont know much what platforms the indian brokers are proving but u can get some very nice platforms from the US equities brokers like Tradestation or Das Pro ..

ThinkorSwim has the best charting software for researching stocks and options in my opinion. Commissions are on the high side though.

 

If you're looking for some brokers with lower rates that are highly rated check out Interactive Brokers and Tradestation.

I am currently using Vault Options, online broker very accessible ans easy to trade, plus they offer and deliver instant withdrawals, which allow you to take your profits right into your account, i seriously recommend Vault Options.

If it is speed you are after unless you are co-located at Aurora or the CME you will always be at a decided disadvantage as a retail trader. Your latency will most likely be in the 30 plus millisecond range at best as opposed to microseconds with a dedicated server or shared VM at one of the exchanges. I use Ninja. Very nice charts and very easy to use. It works for me. I am co-located at Aurora and use an autostrategy on my server.

For NSE/BSE you are stuck with platforms like ODIN (provided by your Brokers) or open a account with IB and utilize frontends like NinjaTrader, ButtonTrader , etc.
