How Do You Take Notes?

I was thinking of logging everything in Excel with a bunch of different categories and indicators but I was wondering if there was an online website or application that would be more organized.

 

I want to take notes on individual equities, commodities, and even on the broader market in general. I would also like it to be organized if possible, so if I wanted to check just P/E I could pull all of my notes on the P/E of different companies, or if I wanted to check my notes on Sept 3rd, I could view all my notes on Sept 3rd.. etc.

 

Is there a sophisticated note taking system like this online?

Date/Time

Symbol

Quantity

Reasoning (this is important)

Current Fundamentals at the time

Current Technical indicators at the time

Overall market conditions

Social Media/News volume/sentiment

I buy notebooks and write notes longhand....the advantage this gives me, is that I can take the time to think about what I have written and make changes as needed....I call this process "internalization"....I have noticed that over the years this type of data entry has changed how I organize my thoughts (for the better I believe)....
