I have heard of this word and tried to learn what is scalping but I am not succeeded yet - Can any one tell me what is scalping in easy words.

Forex Scalping can also be called a quick trading. It is a method where traders allow their positions to last only for a matter of seconds, to a full minute and rarely longer than that.

scalping is making money trading only with 3,4,5 - 10 pips...scalpers never hold positions for very long time...usually they do not use take profit stop loss...usually daily quantity of operations reach 100 or even more (i've seen 500 once)

Scalping is a style of trading which is done buy making profits on the spread. So lets say we use AAPL is an example suppose the spread is .13, they will be buy heavy amount of shares at the bid and sell at the ask, making a profit. Its done very fast and with lots of shares.
