That is the correct way to use libelous, FYI. One can be held liable for libelous comments.

Also I would like to point out that 511 loyal readers of this forum have signed up to geckostocktrader since this thread was started.

Hmmmmmm????

?? I guess I'm missing the point to that statement. Care to clarify why that's of importance and how you even know that fact? Just curious.

Thanks

And also, the forum admin is the person in those videos. He owns the videos, so it is HIS content. If proper credit was not given to him, then it is considered "stealing".

Which videos, I am talking about forum posts scraping from RSS???

Oh, so you've decided to just open it up on a public forum instead of speaking directly with James? How is that professional?

I didnt open it up, see the thread starter.

I would advise you to speak directly with James regarding the link of any content that may have been "stolen". This matter is for you and James to speak about directly, not for discussion on a public forum. This thread has been closed.

Davingarlie, both of us know what you did was clearly a violation of copyright. You even replied to our posts claiming it was your own? Cmon here..... In order to provide evidence, I was recommended to record and take snapshots of the stolen content. Below is the video.

By the way, I took the civilized manner of contacting you directly through email and not attacking you on your own board. Perhaps you should of done the same and replied to my emails. Hope this clears things up.

Good ST,

You'll also notice that this person is a member of the other site and was before all this started, if you notice in PIC #2 that you have that she started a thread (Positive thinking vrs wishful thinking) before all this began on the other site which seriously casts into doubt she is what she states she is. Just another troll looking for trouble.

Regards, Knyyt

Copyright is automatic on any written or recorded material. You don't have to write "copyright". You can do to scare people off but it's not necessary. Copyright laws are fairly uniform all over the world because of international treaties.

You are correct, but it really depends on who has the better lawyers. I knew a bunch of musicians when I was a little younger who did alot of the "Poor Man's Copyright" in which you mail yourself a sealed copy of your music, etc and do not open it once it comes back to you...that way you can offically have a time stamp as to when it was written....

Sometimes it may work- and it sounds like an awesome idea, but more importantly I have seen it get hammered in court because it boils down to who has more legal muscle.

I'll be on the lookout. This is a pretty tight community and one of the only, if not the only place where everyone is treated with respect....definitely worth making sure it doesn't get hoodwinked by a bunch of theives and scammers.
