Derailing Price Between Oil Price and Gold/silver

Hello guys,

 

I've realized that for the part few months the price of oil and gold/sliver is derailing from each other. While these two commodities usually move in the similar direction, what are the implication from this current phenomena? What would be the cause of it? and how should FX spot traders position ourselves in the face of that?

 

Please help and advise.
