Finding a Good NON US Broker for Trading CME E-minis

Does anyone know of a good reliable NON US Broker for trading CME e-minis.

 

They need a good platform [i use T4 but could change if necessary] and competitive R/T commissions and be located in a Tax neutral Country.

 

Any help or advice will be appreciated
