Time Stamp at Bottom of Charts?

Im trying to fugure out what time (ET) this chart is showing? Ive tried to figure this out, but I cant make anything of the timestamps on bottom of charts.

 

just trying to get a feel for when the best time is to trade and when the morning session starts and ends, and when afternoon session starts and ends..for both TF and ES. I can already tell Im going to have a hard time trading due to my work sked..

I dont think its possible to figure out what time eastern this chart is showing unless its your own chart....

Can't someone pull up this chart for June 13, 2011 and help match the trend to the time? If I had access to this data I would help but I don't ...

The very bottom candle on that run down was the 13:08 candle in eastern time. My charts are in central time and it's 12:08 there. So, the chart you posted appears to be in Pacific time.

 

(if you want something that trades a bit more actively off-hours, maybe try the euro or the fdax. Both trade well in the middle of the night in the USA)
