What Do You Think About Forex Contests?

Here I want to discuss the issue concerning forex contests. Have you ever participated in them?

 

I am willing to participate in one forex contest ("First Deposit"), the rules are as follows:

 

Prize for the first place is $500.

 

The first 10 places will receive prizes.

 

The participation in the contest is free.

 

Trading platform: MT4

 

At the start of the contest, each participant will get $5000 in his contest account. The rules of the contest are simple: You need to increase your deposit and earn more than others.

 

I've checked their registration form for this contest, and I should say it's quite easy to register...

 

Is it worth to participate? What do you think?

As for me i like it very much, for example now i am participating in contest with nordfx, it will finish after 1 week and i have the second place there now, it gives you good knowleages and also the possibility to win real money without having a risk to lose your money, so when this competition will end i will find another one to try my stratages and the broker's conditioons, may be after some time i will find My broker))

The company that hosts the contest will want you to work for them or something if you win. Why else would they have the contest?
