I have found barchart.com to have a lot of useful, pre-defined screens, including a list of stocks trading at all time highs and all time lows that updates throughout the day. Here are the links to stocks that have happed up or down:

Stocks - Market Pulse | Gap Up Stocks

Stocks - Market Pulse | Gap Down Stocks

Best Wishes,

Thales

I have been using Stock Screener - Market In&Out - Technical Stock Screener - ETF Stock Screener - Stock Screening Strategy Backtest - Forex Screener for some time and happy with it...Besides it has hundreds of different screening criteria to choose from including fibonacci, dmi, renko chart patterns, stochastics, price actions, ichimoku, ma-price crossovers, accumulation/distribution divergences, rsi ranges, support/resistance, point and figure patterns, trendlines, etc. You can select from many technical criteria to find financial instruments (even forex pairs) that fit your investments needs or trading strategy. Also you can create multiple custom screens and save your screens for future reference. Provided screens and reports will be extremely helpful in optimizing your trades. It is not a free website but the service you get is really priceless, best stock screener ever...
