Are you passionate about trading? Do you check TL so often, you might as well be *paid* for it?

Then we want YOU as our brand spankin' new Traders Laboratory Community Manager!

For 2011, we're taking TL to a whole new level... and we need your help.

We're looking for a sharp web-savvy TL member who can post and reply with the best of 'em. You'll strike up conversations, get feedback from the TL community and put it all together to keep fresh, new and interesting content up on our friendly little forum.

All it takes are a few hours a day, some good ideas and the drive to get it all done. This is a part-time, work-from-home position so accountability is a must.

Think you're up to the task? Quick: click the link below to answer a few questions and the chance to tell us why you think you'd be AWESOME for the job:

Thalestrader -- I was not aware that was an issue but now that I am will have that looked into. Thanks for the heads up.

MMS

Any idea if or when this will be fixed? Most of the threads I check out are in the Trading & the Markets forum, and I'd rather not have to go hunting for them to see if there are new posts.

Best Wishes,

Thales

Could you please also resolve the spamming. Thought you had nipped it in the bud the last couple of days, but just logged on to find over half of the "latest threads" and 6 out of 7 of my new "unread" posts to be of the "Daily Nifty" variety again.

There is absolutely nothing nifty about wading through all those unnecessary posts day in and day out, and it seriously detracts from an otherwise very good site.

    • Of course, I had to ask what he thought about AI.   Because if you can make an entire film on a laptop in your bedroom, do we even need Hollywood anymore?   Will’s answer: Yes, AI will take jobs. (Production, sets, background extras, you name it.)   Yes, it will make movies cheaper.   But no, it won’t replace human storytelling.   Because AI doesn’t know why you care.   It can generate dialogue, sure. But can it make you feel? Can it tell the definitive story of your life?   (Well, unless you’re a robot, in which case… congratulations on reading this far.)   Confidence Is a Muscle—Here’s How to Build It   Will brought up something crucial.   Most people wait until they feel confident.   That’s a mistake.   Confidence comes after action.   Not before.   So how do you build it?   Manufacture wins—Set tiny goals. Don’t climb the whole mountain. Just put on your hiking boots. Control your input—Stop giving away your power. Just because someone in authority tells you no, doesn’t mean you stop. Hack your own brain—Every morning, tell yourself what you need to hear. And just like that, you’re training your mind the way an athlete trains their body.
