Yeah I know what you mean, I trade the same way, a video is the easiest thing I can think of to really show the way you trade, but if you aren't sure how to do it then might as well just keep doing what you're doing if you think charts will be useless as well. Most platforms have a feature that shows what trades you took though, which is what I thought would be useful.

Anyway, looking forward to your trading. :)

I don't think showing charts are useless I was just trying to post in real time. Anyone can post after the fact....thats really all I was eluding to. I have camtasia but I've never used it, lol. The problem as I see it with a video is that the PA needs to be recorded real time in order to get the full meaning of what I'm looking at...imo

Lets see how this go....we can always try something diff.

No news today. pre mkt vol is decent so far at 260k

94.5 area has hi vol on a composite basis...it is also the highest vol in the O/N session which is no surprise

1102.5, 1104.5-1106, 1109-1112.5 & 1117 for now on the upside

1091, 1088.25-1086.25, 1083, 1078, 1074 for now on the downside

we have gaps at 1099.75 & 1105.25

It will be interesting to see if the 97 area holds or they push to fill the gap. Last Thus and Fri we rallied on low vol. Low vol was expected to to rollover. I will be looking for vol to get back to normal by Tues.

Lets see what type of open we have and what tone is set for the AM

I am letting this trade breath a bit because I'm not yet convinced at the PA in the 94.5 area.

if I had no profit yet in this trade I would not be as liberal. We did have an open gap and have trended higher the past few days

stopped out at -1.....BE for the trade

Correction....my stop was on auto trail and it moved in to 94.75 to help cover comish so the result of the trade is +1 pt on 1/2 positions and -3 tix on the balance so it is a true BE trade, after comish

    • Date: 28th March 2025.   Market Selloff Deepens as Tariff Concerns Weigh on Investors     Global stock markets extended their losing streak for a third day as concerns over looming US tariffs and an escalating trade war dampened investor sentiment. The flight to safety saw gold prices surge to a record high, underscoring growing risk aversion. Stock Selloff Intensifies The MSCI World Index recorded its longest losing streak in a month, while Asian equities saw their sharpest decline since late February. US and European stock futures also signalled potential weakness, while cryptocurrency markets retreated and bond yields edged lower. Investors are scaling back their exposure ahead of President Donald Trump’s expected announcement of ‘reciprocal tariffs’ on April 2. His latest move to impose a 25% levy on all foreign-made automobiles has sparked fresh concerns over inflation and economic growth, prompting traders to reassess their strategies. Investor Strategies Shift Market experts are adjusting their portfolios in anticipation of heightened volatility. ‘It’s impossible to predict Trump’s next move,’ said Xin-Yao Ng of Aberdeen Investments. ‘Our focus is on companies that are less vulnerable to tariff policies while taking advantage of market dips to find value opportunities.’ Yield Curve Signals Economic Concerns In the bond market, the spread between 30-year and 5-year US Treasury yields widened to its highest level since early 2022. Investors are bracing for potential Federal Reserve rate cuts if economic growth slows further. Long-term Treasury yields hit a one-month peak as inflation risks tied to tariffs spurred demand for higher-yielding assets. Boston Fed President Susan Collins noted that while tariffs may contribute to short-term price increases, their long-term effects remain uncertain. Gold Hits Record High as Safe-Haven Demand Rises Amid market turbulence, gold prices soared 0.7% on Friday, reaching an all-time high of $3,077.60 per ounce. Major banks have raised their price targets for the precious metal, with Goldman Sachs now forecasting gold to hit $3,300 per ounce by year-end. Looking Ahead As investors digest economic data showing US growth acceleration in Q4, attention will turn to Friday’s release of the personal consumption expenditures (PCE) price index—the Federal Reserve’s preferred inflation measure. This data will be critical in shaping expectations for future Fed policy moves. With markets on edge and trade tensions escalating, investors will closely monitor upcoming developments, particularly Trump’s tariff announcement next week, which could further dictate market direction.   Always trade with strict risk management.
