Dow tested the 50% Fibonaccie level @ 10335. The result was respect.

Expect another retest, and if the result was respect, then we will sell aggressively with a target of 10000 or 9750.

DOW has broken the 50% Fibonacci level at 10,334 up to 10,430.

The question is where the highest level DOW could reach just before a price correction will happen.

If we could know that, and sell short at this level, a fast profit from a correction between 10 to 12% in a matter of a week or two.

Let’s try to predict the highest DOW before correction:

1- Resistance level at 10,500 to 10,540 or 10,650 to 10,750.

2- When SP500 reaches 50% Fibonacci at 1123.8.

3- When RSI on the DOW weekly chart >= 70 (Today it’s 68.23).

4- Any bad news could confirm the correction.

The DOW is currently correcting from its high 11,476 and DAX from 6,811 and Aus200 from 4,825.

Is it a secondary correction or heavy one? Is it a 10 to 12% correction or just a small one of 6 to 7%? Where each of these indices will hold? May be at the 200 MA on the daily chart if it is a heavy correction or it might hold at the 25X5 MA on the weekly chart?

DAX Cash Index CFD’s:

Unexpectedly DAX fall at the opening from 7,057 to find support at 6,950. The China rate hike was the reason. Next support level is at 6,900.

Today’s Recommendations: Buy at 6,900 support level. Targeting7,250 by the earning season mid Jan.2011.

Or Buy above 6,980 aiming the same target.
