This is Getting Quite Annoying

Recommended Posts

Everytime I try to get into TL, I get this:

Not Found

The requested URL /profile.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have to retry several times to get in.

Hi Euclid,

I have been looking into this problem with my host. We would like a few more details as your IP is not banned in our system.

Are you directly able to visit http://www.traderslaboratory.com/forums without an isssue? Which page are you seeing this error. Is there any other error message that you are seeing on your end that could help assist us in finding the problem? Thank you.

I used to get punted to the error page just after the home page had finished loading, but after a few page reloads, it would be OK. It was then OK for as long as I didn't shutdown my browser.

I was getting it on the home page (http://www.traderslaboratory.com) and /index.php?page=calendar. I think I also tried /forums, but I tried it again and the problem has just now gone away and I can't reproduce it on any URL.

I was away for the last three weeks (in India) from my Trading PC.

Last night, when I opened TL website on my Trading PC, I see the URL Not found message... I remember few-times this happened in the past, I logged out of TL and re-login TL, and the URL Not found message stopped.

Regards,

Suri

I had the same problem. I fixed it by going to http://www.traderslaboratory.com and then click on the menu "User CP" -> "Edit Profile". I then had to reenter my country, birthday and gender information since that was gone and it would not let me save without this information. So I guess, this information might have been accidentally deleted?

Hi Agekay, I think that is a different issue. The problem occurs when visiting the homepage which I think have managed to fix. What you saw was our system requesting a mandatory input of your profile info. Thanks.

Well, I had the exact same error message as the OP and I couldn't visit any web page on this forum before I completed the data in the profile.

Interesting... thanks AgeKay. Im still waiting for a few more responses from other members who shared similar problems. I can not seem to replicate this error so am relying on the feedback of members infected. Hopefully this error has been fixed.
