Hey,

anyone using PATS? If so, how do you turn off the auto-center on the reflector? It's got 10 of us on my end completely stumped, and trying to get hold of someone at PATS to tell us how is turning out to be a mission to say least.

I haven't used PATS since they re-wrote their software. Could it be something to do with there settlement with TT over patent infringement?

 

TT's patent was for a static DOM. Some vendors settled with TT in return for paying them a fee for each order entered through a static DOM. Others implemented self centre (so not static). So it might be a licensing issue. (This is educated guess work)

 

Some one should stand up to TT and kick there arses....PATS was one of the first to cave in to there very heavy handed threats of litigation.

I used to use PATS when I first started, it was the most unreliable platform I've ever seen. It took forever to load, sometimes fills would take several seconds(even limit orders would not fill on the number) and at least once a day it would wig out on me.

 

Are you experiencing any problems? Maybe it is better now then it used to be. I would advise you to try a different platform to see if u like it. I pay $50 a month but it well worth it to have a reliable platform that I know will respond quickly to what I want done.

We've just switched from CQG over here because of the problems we've been having with their gateway.... I've noticed the time it takes to fill some orders...
