PBF Squeeze Replica For Tradestation

Recommended Posts

As previously asked, "Does anyone have the 3 setups that go along with the indicator when purchased from PBF?" Many Thx in advance.

i think someone on another forum said they are trading when the histogram and centerline match up, trading histogram divergences, and something about when the histogram breaks its own trendline. I can't remember exactly.

Yes, but (to my understanding) the PBF Squeeze histograms change colours to indicate either a pullback or the end of a swing and possible change of trend. I have not come across macd histograms on any standard charting package that change colours.

Also, PBF Squueze uses middle line which also changes colour as the trend changes and is claimed to be based on different algorith rather than BB and Keltner Channel, so it would appear that it is not a comparison of apples to apples.

I am just starting to get familiar with Traders Lab and if I am understanding the posts I can not believe someone would ignore BluRay. The amount of work he has done for this

group is amazing and should be appreciated. He is all over this forum. My hat is off to the BluRay !!!!!!!!!

Best Regards to Blu-Ray,

Grignouf - I've just recently became interested in observing the PBF_Squeeze, and imported/compiled it this a.m. I'm using MC ver. 5.0, beta 4, and the install worked fine. But I'm no techie, so sorry I can't offer any other assistance. For me, it either works or it doesn't - no troubleshooting skills here. If things don't function, I just delete and say "oh well".

Ok, so how do u use this indicator?

put it in a level below Price, on top of a level of MACD/Slow Stoch......watch for the trend turns on a 89/144tk charts, as it changes color & crosses the zl....I use a setting of "11", instead of the std "20....find it is quicker in the turns....generally use all "Fib #'s" for all my ta's, but 13 vs 12 vs 11, vs 8 ( in side by side charts)...."11" was the fastest on my TS charts, but, play with the settings & see what your eye sees.... :)

Hi newbie here - TS 8.5 installed latest script but nothing shows ? Appears some colors along the bottom of a chart..

Any help greatly appreciated,

bc..

Two things you can do:

1. read the thread in its entirety, many of the installation problems are already resolved

2. post a screen shot.

Okay~

Did as you suggested and still having problems. I took some screen shots..

I have no idea what may be stopping it from displaying correctly ? I tried different setting but none seem to make a difference ? Some early post showed semi-log ? I can not get to change that setting in V2.0 ? I'm using TS 8.5

Any help Greatly Appreciated
