Seeking Tradestation Research Partner

Recommended Posts

I am seeking a research partner with access to Tradestation. The scope of the research will encompasss intraday analysis for 2+ years of historical 1-minute data.

The thrust of the research is to document and verify, as well as create modelling, of event conditions that yield above an 80% historical expectancy.

Individuals with interest in participating please contact me via PM. Tradestation back-testing coding language knowledge and experience a plus.

What's in it for your "research partner"?

The improvement of intraday set-ups and trade entries, with emphasis on identification of set-ups that offer high-probability definable outcomes.

The results and outcome of all research conducted will be shared by those that partake and collaborate, on an exclusive basis.

As noted in earlier post, the main focus of the research will principally be in the specific identification of trading conditions that historically yield above 80% probability of a known and expectable outcome.

80% win rate = buy, no stop, profit target 1 tick.

Eventually, the profit target will get taken out at least 80% of the time.

Either you need to detail what you are looking for if you actually know what you are looking for or this is a total noob that really has no clue... Regardless, this has waste of time written all over it. Buyer beware.

Interesting that you are so quick to dismiss and discount things you know absolutely nothing about, reminds of the people who insisted with conviction that the world is flat!

Idiot.

Let's see - how can anyone here know anything about YOUR post when YOU have failed to detail ANYTHING about it?

There's simply nothing here to give anyone a clue about what you are trying do besides find something that is 80% right.

Win % is a small, small part of the overall equation, but good luck in your research!

Like I said, either a noob (that's my guess) or someone that is looking for a free meal ticket.

Either way, waste of time.

;)

PS

How is the 1. poker book you wrote?

Feel like giving one away

Either you need to detail what you are looking for

1.

There's simply nothing here to give anyone a clue

1.

someone that is looking for a free meal ticket.

As these lines from several of your recent posts clearly indicate, the only person looking for a ‘free meal ticket’, is you, based on your own repeated ‘patterns’.

I am happy to report that you are universally incorrect in every assumption and assertion you have made in every post and reply regarding my posts in this thread...congratulations!, you’re batting 100%, 100% wrong, that is.

I have every intention of purposefully not indicating to anyone, least of all you, in a public forum, the exact nature of the constructs of my research. The research and results of research I conduct has great value.

Not only do you go out of your way to hamper my efforts, (while simultaneously trying to pressure me to divulge information), the irony is that in so doing, you also are dissuading individuals whom otherwise may be inclined to express an interest.

You see, anyone that has an interest, must possess not only an interest, but in addition, a willingness to participate, and an open mind in doing so. It is evident you are not only devoid of all the above, but apparently even that is not satisfactory to you, for you go one step further, to try and see to it that no one else does.

Now, me being the naturally affable and helpful person I am, am glad to offer you some assistance.

Now, as for the research, I derive much useful and empirical data from research I conduct. Again, being the friendly sort that I am, I am happy to share the results of the research below: Over the past 35 years or so of my adult life, (and a few years more as a teenager), I have conducted vast research that indicates conclusively, with near 100% accuracy, and infintesmally minute variation, that trying to reason with an idiot, such as yourself, is a futile effort, regardless of how noble, well-intentioned, or well-reasoned it may be.

This is classic.

Someone needs to learn the definition of sarcasm.

FYI to anyone interested... this guy claims to have spent 35 YEARS of research... and he STILL needs help w/ trading.

Hello Train Wreck.

Good luck though buddy, sooner or later you might get that trading thing figured out (or go insane). Either way, don't ever give up!

PS

Brownsfan = Cleveland Browns Football Fan genius. Seriously, is it that hard to figure out what my user name is about??? I guess it was too obvious for this member of Mensa to figure out.
