It's not a massive culture like the Italian Americans or Irish Americans, that's for sure. There's a handful of areas in the US where you can find decent sized Albanian American populations. Boston is where my family immigrated to.

Definitely check Kyoto for the tourist stuff. You'll get to see alot of Japanese shrines and temples. Osaka is also a fun city to go to have some fun. Theres also a couple bay area spots right around the city of Tokyo which may be worth visiting. (Odaiba, Yokohama)

I don't know if it's possible to see the Emperor's palace cause that would be pretty nice. I'd love to go to hopefully next year to Japan.

Saw Lost in Translation when it came out and have wanted to go to Japan ever since.

Location, location, location - as they say in real estate. Great view of Machu Picchu, Boca. Interesting how many people, if anyone, live in that stunning area of Peru.

I'm a Pole. I have the Canadian citizenship as well and used to live in beautiful Vancouver, BC but later returned to Warsaw.

I lived in Osaka for a year - had a lot of fun there. I've also lived in Taiwan and South Korea and taken holidays in Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and Cambodia. Angkor in Cambodia is the most stunning place I've ever visited.

My last post never showed up, so let's try that again.

I was born and raised in South Africa, met my Australian-born wife while on holiday in London, got engaged in Austria, married back in South Africa and moved to Australia amost 14 years ago.

Where to next I wonder?
