  1. Team Health Holdings (TMH -0.10%) tumbled over 9% in after-hours trading after Dow Jones reported that a deal between AmSung, who was rumored to merge with Team Health, was said to be close to a deal to merge with Envision Healthcare.
  2. VeriFone Systems (PAY +1.33%) sank 30% in after-hours trading after it reported Q2 adjusted EPS of 47 cents, weaker than consensus of 52 cents, and then cut its fiscal 2016 adjusted EPS estimate to $1.85 from a March 10 view of $2.21-$2.24.
  3. Dave & Buster's Entertainment (PLAY +0.94%) rallied over 3% in pre-market trading after it reported Q1 adjusted EPS of 72 cents, higher than consensus of 59 cents, and then boosted its full-year revenue forecast to $983 million-$995 million from a March 29 estimate of $967 million-$987 million.
  4. Xactly (XTLY +1.25%) rose 4% in after-hours trading after it reported a Q1 adjusted EPS loss of -9 cents, narrower than consensus of -15 cents, and then raised guidance on full-year revenue to $95.5 million-$97.0 million from a March 3 estimate of $94 million-$95.5 million.
  5. S&P 500 - The S&P 500 continues to break out to the upside and is now trying to form a base above 2100. While we are due for a minor pullback, all signs point to a 2016 year end close between 2200-2325.

  10. DeVry (DV) announced the appointment of Patrick Unzicker, its Chief Accounting Officer, as its CFO and treasurer, effective May 31st, 2016. The move follows the decision by incumbent Timothy Wiggins to leave the company after a 5-year stint.
  11. Costco (COST) reported that its May total sales rose 3 percent, while its comparable store sales remained flat despite the metric rising 1 percent in the U.S. Excluding the impact of gasoline price deflation and foreign exchange, comparable store sales climbed 4 percent.
  12. Whole Foods Markets (WFM +1.00%) jumped over 2% in pre-market trading after it was upgraded to 'Outperform' from 'Neutral' at Credit Suisse.
  13. Nike (NKE -1.73%) fell 2% in pre-market trading after it was downgraded to 'Neutral' from 'Buy' at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch.
  14. TransDigm Group (TDG +0.47%) jumped 4% in after-hours trading after it was announced that it will replace Baxalta in the S&P 500 after the close of trading Thursday, June 2.
  15. Celator Pharmaceuticals (CPXX +0.17%) soared over 70% in pre-market trading after it agreed to a $1.5 billion takeover offer from Jazz Pharmaceuticals.
  16. China 3x Bull ETF (YINN) surged back up near $13 as China bounced back last week. YINN will now have resistance located at $13.40 going forward.
  17. Small Cap Bull 3x (TNA) continues to rocket higher as the stock market gains momentum. Continue to expect big moves in 2016 and beyond. TNA remains the best trading stock in the market right now.
  18. GameStop (GME +0.84%) dropped over 8% in after-hours trading after it said it sees Q2 adjusted EPS of 23 cents-30 cents, below consensus of 33 cents.
  19. Ulta Salon Cosmetics & Fragrance (ULTA +1.05%) rallied nearly 8% in pre-market trading after it reported Q1 EPS of $1.45, higher than consensus of $1.29, and said it sees full-year EPS growth in the low twenties percentage range versus a prior view of up 18%-20%.
  20. HP Inc. (HPQ +2.43%) gained 2% in European trading after it reported Q2 adjusted EPS continuing operations of 41 cents, better than consensus of 38 cents.
  21. Yahoo! (YHOO -5.17%) rose nearly 4% in pre-market trading after people familiar with the matter said AT&T made a bid for the company.
