Held onto the trades longer than I should have as I was not wanting to get out too early which seems to be the case of late, not a good idea. Notes attached.

Notes for 27th #217, 28th #219, 29th #221 and 30th of June #222, whilst I finished the week positive (2 in a row) it was a very poor result with bad trading on each and every day. Having done well in identifying the opportunities and the likely direction I proceeded to extract minimal value. My small time thinking (fears) drove most of the exits, I assume the future and act too often on those assumptions (often wrong) rather than relying on what the PA is telling me.

Prep for the day ahead, daily is outwith the LL of the TR, whether it can recover or breaks down further remains to be seen.

Pushed myself to trade what I see, looks a little messy and a poor result overall with a lot of emotional trading.

Still finding myself being swayed by what I think rather than what I see.

No trades for the previous days prep, gave up by lunchtime despite the weakness to the upside I was not focused on the breakdown as I was more concerned with continued chop. Prep for the day ahead.

Missed the best of it, hard to trade what you see when what you think conflicts.

Although I made a lot of mistakes and misses during the week I ended up positive by an impressive almost 5 ticks after cost. Still could make life easier for myself if I trade what I see and stick with some of the trades a little better than others.

No trades for the previous session and not much in the way of thoughts either as PA seemed to chop. Prep for the day attached.

No trades for the previous session as the open was a little choppy which put me off for the rest of the session.

I have a tendency to shut down despite the opportunities I see, mostly due to fear, giving back gains or digging myself into a deeper hole.

I find my indecisiveness to be a little problematic at times.
