Both are great to trade. I have a slight bias towards TF but both move very well.

There are trading rooms in Paltalk as well. Go to Business & Finance and then go to Daytrading and you should see some rooms.

I strictly trade TF currently as well and it has treated me very well. Seems like 4 a.m. central time and 7 a.m.-11 a.m. central time are the best times to trade it.
