  2. closing it here in 1.3642 for a whooping +152 pips profit....kudos to the market
  3. hi there and welcome, you are in the right place, I am sure you can find valuable insights on our old threads here I had the same problem you have (and I still do to some extent) in the sense that right the moment I entered a trade market turned against me ....sometimes now when I am looking for a reversal that is never happening, I am just open another position in the other way.....just to see if it reverses TW
  4. same here with China......is a buble since I started to open the eyes........and still a bubble now......so who cares?.....these are the times we are living in, so we should face the reality instead of worrying too much TW
  5. I'll take my chances rather than wait for "inevitable" to happen......Greece was inevitably falling no more than 1.5 years ago.......same Spain..........and so on so I would rather do something constructive in the meantime......like buying equities TW
  6. Very good post.......worth a reading .......in the meantime it made more that one I suspect...bravo TW
  7. as the way markets are positioning (talking about currency marekts here), it seems the usd is poised for another leg lower........add this to Fed decision not to taper and you have fundamentals lined up in the same direction
  8. the trade above with cable would be trade number 16.....I lost the track for a while....
  9. is there any other way?.....I don't think so....so let's kick it still for a couple of more decades and still call it we're in a crises......regardless the type (euro, debt ceiling, etc)
  10. so I guess I am the only one who voted yes, huh? so much optimism around here TW
  11. London and New York......I'm in Europe so it keeps me busy the whole day.....London in the morning and afternoon and NY in afternoon and evening TW
  12. Most likely debt ceiling crisis...
  13. Going Long gbpusd here 1.6036 sl 1.5850 tp 1.6510... Strong cpi, strong jobs, lower usd...perfect storm
  14. Trade nr. 15 - Going LONG EURUSD here in 1.3490 for 1.3806 tp sl 1.3440.....ending diagonal on the daily chart
  15. I used to trade some time ago (and I still do to some extend) the eurusd pair for short to very short targets (10 pips or even 5 pips) after identifying a range......it was a good system in the sense that when markets did not move, with 10 profitable days you would have had a 100 pips day on a non moving day.......and trade it without a stop loss the problem was when on the wrong side of the market, is extremely difficult to exit.....
  16. Trade nr. 15 Pendings for SHORT EURUSD 1.3610 sl 1.3700 tp 1.35 more likely a contracting triangle then a flat, so looking for a dip retracement after 1.36
  17. Trade nr. 14 Going long EURJPY here in 133.27 for 133.72 tp sl 132.50 need 61.8% retracement after double combination on the 4h chart
  18. Trade nr. 13 Going LONG eurusd here in 1.3562 for 1.3603 sl 1.35 flat or contracting triangle on the 1h chart
