Demo trade should not be skipped out if you want to make it at Forex. This is a must for beginners. -

I checked their OpenBook system and looks like this is a good one. Nice place for training. We can easily copy a trader.

Zulutrade has been showing some good prospects. Their signal provider program actually works. You just need to choose a good broker for you. -

If you're a beginner, one good advice that I have learn over the years is to only invest on something that you can afford to lose. -
These kind of schemes always scare me. I mean, it's just too good to be true and there's always a catch on it.
