  1. I was wondering if anyone here uses TradeCopier and what are your thoughts about it. Thanks!
  2. No, I haven't heard about it.
  3. I don't think so. I know a few people that are day traders.
  4. Sure I am. To succeed a trader must always keep a trading journal.
  5. Shawn, there are a LOT of websites that can help you to get started in Forex. There is a lot of information that you can use to learn. You can use this forum, and others, so you can keep up with other traders and learn with them.
  6. That would be interesting, however I still take my notes on a paper journal
  7. When choosing a strategy it is important to have real expectations... people tend to be greedy, and that is why things don't work out.
  8. Thanks Samuel. It's never enough to know what other people do
  9. 'till now, my year has been going really well.. Before I started using tradecopier , two months ago, things were good but now things are looking better day by day. I hope this is not just a winning strike and I'll keep making profit.
  10. I use Tradecopier I've been using it for 2 months now and no complaints.
  11. My expectations, at least in my mind, are realistic. I'm doing this as a part time at the moment, but if things keep up this way, maybe I'll consider doing it as a full time job. I'm really enjoying this experience.
  12. I'm not 100% satisfied, but I can say that every day I'm getting closer to my main goal Keep working hard and you'll soon see good results.
  13. But we all trading against each other all the time... :missy:
  14. Price, price, price... why make it more complex than that?? there's no need! really!
  15. Don't really believe it is gone, but that's nice good news neverthless
  16. It's a matter of style, I guess. I consider myself a safe trader as well, but no shame to say that I've lost some good pips because of being afraid to get in, and then stayed watching what I could have win...
  17. The scary part is that even the most prepared trader can loose money as well, all of it. But that's also the fun challenge in all this, beating the odds!
  18. I can tell you that I believe it will carry on making profits, but for the time being I'm doing OK with it. Like I told you im half and half automatic and manual, I try to keep eyes opne to see when the table turns and adjust my strategy. That's my approach. For the time being i'm using tradecopier dot com and average equity still around 12% month, so it's very nice.
  19. You got that right! there's a simple rule to follow "when it seems to good to be true, it's because its not true". For god sake, forex is NOT easy money! It's not rocket science as well, but it demands time, discipline, patience, knowlegde and a lot of other skills!
  20. I haven't got much time to follow a more impatient approach like sclaping, so I'm forced to manually trade in long term. However, I do have been trying some EA and enjoying automatic trading, it's turning out nice... have an average of 12% daily profit at the moment.
  21. My story is of a wrong button as well, but happen to a colleague and wasn't exactly during trading. It was during an online meeting. The boss wasn't present, so we we're skyping with him. the colleague next to me wasn't liking what he was hearing and wrote some pretty bad insults on the text box. It was not intended to be sent, just to tap me in the shoulder and show me quietly what he was thinking, without anyone else seing. The meeting carried on. The text was left there, one click in the Enter and everyone would see it. The meeting ends, he was taking his headphones out and... they slipped. Where did they hit? The enter button. He was gone at the end of that same week.
  22. very interesting indeed. Nice thread
