Sometimes I can see a big big deal deal in Time and Sales that does not affect the Level 1 lots...according to exchange rules every deal should be printed in TAS.. but it will not affect any of market partisipants cause it was made by floor brockers- marketmakers-specialist on the floor of nyse. Am I right or those deals appear from somewhere else??? Tx!

Soultrader, so u mean that "the flow, big lots, rallies on small lots, swift rejection, etc..." are indicators of trand..can u tell a little bit more bout em? 2 all guys what are the typical indicators on tape that can tell us that bulls / bears are now stronger on this stock/futere contract???

so u mean tapereading of e-mini futeres is different from tapereading of stocks?? maybe i should move this thread to "Stosk trading" chapter of the forum??

I ve noticed that all your tape reading strategies are used mainly on thin stocks (I mean stocks where there are not many lots (bout 1-5) on every price level)..but how can we read the tape on stocks where we can find 200-300 lots on every price level (like Q, CDE, MOT etc.)??? Tx!
