Hey guys, quick couple questions. I have been trading stocks and futures for about a year now and have recently decided to get out of the house and into an office. I am renting individual office space on a floor with many other small businesses. The internet connection is up to 100Mbps and is shared for the whole floor. Unfortunately i am not too educated in this area. My questions: is there anything specific i should be looking for/required to have in terms of internet connection before i sign a lease? Do i need anything above and beyond what the other small businesses in the location would need in terms of internet connection? I would love to move into a particular office but want to make sure i wont run into any problems down the line. Any other questions you could recommend I ask would be greatly appreciated. thanks for any help you can provide.
