Hi everyone, I just joined here a few days ago and seems a very encouraging place for beginners like myself. So i think will be using it a lot to learn as much as i can and hopefully return my knowledge in turn to others. So i would like to thank all beforehand for sharing their information and experiences. I have mainly been spread betting (igindex) with bets that last a week to a month with fair results. Trading within this time frame works for me and i am comfortable with it. But the volatility in the markets can sometimes knock out my positions which would have come good in a few days. So to improve my profit i have been looking into options, but i don't know to much about them or what company to do them with etc. So i wonder if anyone can give me the help i need or an alternative solution to the problem of volatility with spread betting. thanks in advance, macmonk
