1 hour USD/CAD has opened and is currently in profit. I am moving my S/L to BE @10303. I don't usually do this but in light of recent $$$ strength, and EU fears, I am doing so this time. I am also tired and want to get some sleep

Here's a possibility if it opens... 1 hour USD/CAD. Price just below 200 SMA, Stoch oversold. If we come out of oversold on a good bearish candle I would short to around the 10200 area. Stop would go a little above 10330.

brendanm, In order to have a "Fun" contest it's nice to have at least 10 participants. If we get 10 people to commit to a contest only 5 will actually join. Of the 5 that join only 2 will compete/trade. I like to have 1 month contests. enough time so nobody wins by a crazy flash in the pan trade. I can't commit to a July contest, but I will give it a go for august if we have enough participants.

Hi Samuel23, Just speaking for myself I don't give any weight to an MA cross. I do have MAs on my chart but they are there more to give me a visual representation of what's happening on the chart. I don't have enough experience with Parabolic SAR to comment. I do like MACD Divergence. This is how I look at it. Notice the 2 trend lines. The one on price is making a lower low. The one on the MACD is making a higher low. Then view the result. As with any indicator or method YOU must test it to see if it suits you, and it is producing the results you are looking for. -

The setuo has opened on the EUR/USD 4 hour. I am looking for 12400. If it were not Friday I might be looking for a retest of the recent low @12290.

On a close above this 5M TL I would be looking @ 1050xx. Ideally, I would like to see a retrace to the Daily Pivot (blue line ) .
