From time to time I attend free forex webinars. I know they are trying to sell something. Sometimes I even learn something, I have yet to think of myself as unteachable, or I know everything. #1 is correct. #2 no corelation that I know of.. #3 I think these should be viewed more as trader sentiment... only among Oanda customers. Which BTW according to the last survey I saw had the highest percentage of winning traders ( among bucket shops ).

Hi and welcome to Traderslaboratory ! I have only dealt with brokers in the USA. If that's where you reside let us know. It will help choosing a broker. -
Here on the East Coast of the US, we would call that a "Swing" bridge. As opposed to a "Draw " bridge or "Lift" bridge. The Amtrak bridge that crosses The Mystic River is a Swing bridge. Vessels transiting the area should always take the Starboard channel, unless otherwise indicated by navigational aids. Bridge tenders monitor VHF channel 13. call them and ask if you have any questions. My current ticket is 100 Ton Master - Near Coastal.
