  1. Is there a way we can calculate the pip value of WTI and the other commodities? As you know we can do the following calculation on fx pairs to find out the value of a pip (when USD quoted first) eg: (0.0001 / exchange rate) x lot size = pip value Can we do something similar to work it out for the other products?
  2. I don't practice the % risk model, only the fixed dollar amount risk ie I know how much I am going to risk on a trade and I know the number of pips before entering as well. However I could use a formula for position size that includes % risk as I will also know the % of my account that I will be risking on the trade by (risk * 100) / total capital in account.
  3. How can one calculate Position Size for gold silver and wti? I like to use a fixed dollar amount for my risk. Example: Say I wanted to risk $50 on a fx trade, my stop loss distance is 72pips, I would: Risk amount in $ / Stop loss in pips 50/72=0.69 Enter 0.06 into MT4. How do I do this for metals and oil? Thanks
  4. Is there any books that contain position sizing formulas for forex, xauusd, xagusd and wti?
  5. Hi all, On the lefthand side of the homepage there is an image with what would appear to be a scalp lines lesson. Can anyone tell me where that artical is? I am interested in going to it to read it. Can't seem to find it, any help would be appreciated. Thanks
