  1. So right, guys do get very protective about their screens! No-one ever goes for a hi-tech mouse though, and definitely not for trading/execution. Don't want the batteries to die at the wrong moment! Old school mice with wires all the way. That being said, I've seen a guy losing money smash up his mouse in anger, and then have to frantically insert his finger into the destroyed innards to try and get out of the position!
  2. Quick pic I took of the trading floor where I work. Realised I can now spot 7 cups of tea, yoda, some loo roll...! Anyone else got pics of their trading floors/trading spaces? Be interested to see!
  3. Hi guys, I trade futures (previously gilts and bunds, now CL and Brent) at a prop shop in London. Wondering what other well set up prop shops there might be outside London and in the rest of the UK though? With leased lines, shared news feeds, some kind of clearing arrangement etc. Any info would be great! Thanks.
  4. Try 'High Probability Trading' by Marcel Link. One of the few books written from a local's perspective. Not sure it's going to give you a list of trade setups you can simply follow, but will definitely give you a few ideas. 'Trade Your Way To Financial Freedom' is a decent book though. Quite dense but has some good info and will definitely give you some ideas and methods to try out.
