This is what i found FCM vs introducing brokerages FCM tends to have higher daytrade margin vs IBs FCM tends to have higher commission vs IBs As for strong company, many large FCM went bankrupt or being bought by another FCM. Here are the following 1) Alaron Trading was bought by PFG 2) Candent was bought by Penson 3) Refco (top 10 largest FCM) went bankrupted and others As of customer svc, it is depend on the broker u choose. If u want a good customer svc, u need to select a broker who is living off on commission vs salary. Hope this help
