Actually all $TTM Scalper are supposed to wait 2 bars and get they signals at the open of the third bar.

" $TTM Scalper HL " is available in this forum and look very similar from Kelly's Cycle Identifier" ( http://www.trendpro.com/ ) I am not a coder, but so far signals accuracy look good on charts.
