Yea, I am aware that there may be native MP additions to TOS bag of tricks. Your scripting is appreciated.

I am likewise interested in this TOS coding.

Interesting discussions. No one has mentioned anything about Alexander. Anyone have any experience with his room/teaching style, etc?

I've been trading the DJ EURO STOXX 50 last few weeks. I begin trading about 4:00am Eastern and go for about three-four hours. Good volume and has a steady beat to it usually. Merely trying a mid-Keltner strategy for now. Just trying to grab 4 or 5 ticks at a time. You can kind of feel it stalling at times, then breaks away. Just learning it at the moment, as it fits my current day/night pattern.

Well done. Always count on TL to scoop the TTM folks. Nothing wrong with a business making a buck...but it always has been the American way to improve and improvise. More than one way to skin the cat.

Nicely done. Tick Delta gives a nice, quick view of the buyers/sellers. I believe the code is either here in TL or go to the forum at TS. I have it and use it at times. This video by James rekindles my interest. Keep up the scalping videos.

I just recently started to day trade the grains. Corn, Soybeans, and Wheat. All I have used is a basic box type trade, trading the breakout of a consolidation with tight stops and small targets. Anyone have a few basic setups they have found useful? Not looking for a lot of cents, but some small amounts when the indexes which I trade are not moving.

Agreed. An excellent read. Couldn't put it down. I was interested in the appendex showing where he manually kept track of price in 30 minute time frames.....

Mind over Markets by James F. Dalton, Eric T. Jones, Rober B. Dalton

I also am finding this to be of value. It takes concentration to understand the concepts and I know that by re-reading it the full value of its content will be revealed. Like mining data....you don't know its value until you have found it. A nice discovery. -
Color merely show if the tranaction was at the bid, ask , or between. Yes, you can change/eliminate the colors. The + or - merely shows that the transaction has changed direction.

You also can record your own .wav files by using your accessories recorder function with a mic. Save the wav files, and access them via the alert fucition within TS. Browse to the location in which you save the recordings...and you have your own voice sounds. And/or...record sounds, music clips...anything you wish to have as the alert sounds. Cool.

Robert, back anytime. I use modified HA.

Thanks. I'll look for your post tomorrow. I am interested in learning MP.

Yes...thanks. I've always heard them as "rounds" or the "halves". Did a google on it and the TradersLab site was hit. I'm reading that thread as we speak. THANKS!! Nice video. Keep it up and I hope to be contributing one day soon.

Likewise.....could you explain psychological 00 levels. Thanks. New to that term. Must google it.

What differences in analysis would there be if the time-frames of TICK were shorter or longer? What if I am watching price based on basis if volume or tick, and not time-based periods?

Thanks to Soultrader for aggregating this category of indicators in one thread. And for placing the several contributing thread links in the first post. I earlier had spent time going through all the threads/etc looking for all the references to these types of indicators. Helpful to find them in one place.
