  1. You can flatter him all day, but you will NEVER get a decent response on any question. Buzz around the stockfetcher forums and you will see the same...ET, same, here, same. Again................. Jeeez Avery, on how many forums are you pumping this? And don't say it is to help folks, because you will never answer their questions anyway. At least not without the snakeoil condescention or evasive language. Here's a thought, instead of posting screen shots all day long on several forums, why not trade and make money with the "indicator/code"? I see you are now selling T-shirts. Oh and BTW (as if you will answer, LOL). What about all the rest of the "indicators" that were the holy grail (RFR, FadeGap, Milk the cow). Hell, you should be intimidating the Goldman traders by now!!!!!!

  3. You should only be paying $.005. Not sure where you are getting .01, that is wrong. Go the unbundled route and get the rebates for adding liquidity. If you are trading 10,000 shares, you will not be able to beat IB. Another otpion would be SOG for $3 per side. You get no platform, but very cheap.
  4. 6080 is spamming multiple boards. posts need deleted. Even though it probably makes about a million 6 months or less. :spam:
  5. Biking is a great strength enhancer for running and sprints will have a dramatic impact on your cardio capacity. However, improper form will exagerate knees problems. I switched from roadie to MB and then to MB racing (cross-country). MB has less knee related injuries because of the shifting angles and changing of pace from my experience. I use an elyptical to push through injuries. Between the low impact and reversing ability (quad buster), it will allow you to maintain strength and cardio while allowing the knees to heal. Again, proper technique is critical. Do you have the right running shoes? I thought I did for years until I went to a running store and allowed them to recommend based on my mileage, style, and foot. Surpirisingly, the recommended shoe was a Mizuno and ended up cheaper than my stand-bys I have worn for years (Nike Air line). No ankle, back or knees flare ups and they have lasted longer (200 plus miles). This is not a plug for Mizuno, but the fact that I would have never entertained them without the full foot profile. Some things to consider.
  6. Nice job last round Brown. Great crew. We have a couple open spots correct? I'm sure they'll fill quickly.
  7. Jim, place your ankles and knees together and go from small circles to large circles before and after each run. Do thi in both directions. After many years of rucking and running, this warmup has been key in keeping my knees healthy. Speaking of that, time for a run!
  8. Use a quality treadmill (pacemaster / life fitness) in your training. Check some min/max heart rate zones for your age. Pull at 145 bpm for 5 minutes, back off to 120, back to 145 etc. Use the technology to help maximize your time and effort. Do a search on 10k training plans. I know there were some good ones years ago that were sub elements of marathon training plans. 8 weeks is fine as long as you don't get injured. You soccer stamina will help with oxygen consumption, now you need to build the stride and timing. Good luck...I love Boulder in the Spring!! PS...on your diet comments. I wouldn't radically change anything other than adding some protein after a hard run.
  9. New round. Time to get in and spend a few brain cells! http://www.combatgrounds.com/page.php?id=1346968
  10. I fight market makers and my fellow man for $'s. The ultimate game is for the soul, but this has to be the second most ultimate. And then there is combatgrounds. Fills the void with nuking. Can't beat that kind of stress relief!!! LOL!
  11. Maybe a direction to head would be chart patterns on a longer time frame. Maybe 5 day swings to 30 day positions. Trade entry would be small so stops and targets would have a chance to pan out without sweating during the day. Take a look at Bulkowski's (sp?) work on chart stats. Might be an opportunity to build a system that is flexible around your schedule. Caveat would be the current conditions of the market in stocks. FED, news, etc. make it more difficult at this time....but what is new? FOREX paper trading small lots would also be a good ground for testing systems before leveraging in at 200:1.
  12. Once consistent in a method, I try to find "additional" methods with similar r/r and sizing abilities. I currently have 4 setups as opposed to the 2 I am very comfortable with. It adds some additional trades to the day and gives me the motivation to further tweak the parameters. My motivation is to find the consistent setups to allow me to reach daily goals by noon, thus allowing the elusive "quality of life time: for other endeavors. Time savings is my motivator. Of course I have filled soe of that time with the battlefield game, ha!!
  13. If this really is about "trading" as opposed to "investing", I would say Trading in the Zone...Mark Douglas. Get your head on straight from the start. Next would be the Bible.
