I am looking at that exact area - there was a triangular consolidation below this area - when it broke out of that it started making hh's and hl's. Also the 240miin indicated that we were at good support - hence confluence to look for longs. Cheers, eNQ

Hey MK, I actually took that trade as a long. Lots of S below ensured that I was not at all interested in shorting plus the gbp/usd had just broken to the upside out of a consolidation and I was looking for continuation of that. eNQ

I am looking at this potential EUR.USD short with stops and targets. Seems similar to the structure that Thales posted yesterday. Am I analysing this correctly?

have now charted some other contracts as well - certainly seems like the GBP.USD has the crisper swings at the moment. I was squinting to see a setup on EUR.USD yesterday - never a good thing.

I am looking at the area where previous resistance became support = 1.4980 area - looks like a definitive decision area

Spent the day waiting for price to make it to the circled area for an entry - triggered Thales style just now with a dash of speed... Am considering swinging one contract to the other end of the channel. Emini Nothing more to consider - got stopped out of this one.

Hi Thales, I think your entry should read 14670 vs 14770. Had me guessing for a second there. Tx, Emini Edit add: where would your stop go, at lod or below hl?
