As a general suggestion: add the CP4 [clean page 4] to your annotations. It might help you sort the confusions! IMHO.

Remember: One of the SOCs is when price returns into lateral.

Thanks for posting your chart. The volume from 15:35 - 15:55 (close) don't support your gaussian, decreasing vs. increasing.

Do you have on 10:50 bar OB IBV? I think you forgot about the volume-in-a-formation rule?!

If, in order to change at a bigger fractal we must COMPLETE a sequence at a faster fractal, then, yes there is something wrong in drawing this way.
