My work space has to be incredibly clean. So when I miss a trade, I take a post it note saying "Follow The Plan" and stick it to my monitor. It drives me crazy! It makes me pay attention, and when the next set up comes I deff take it so I can take that damn bright pink post it note off my monitor. I can only take the post it note off if I take a trade. If I miss another set up then I stick another one on there.

Just starting out 4 monitors isn't really a great idea. You end up gettting paralysis analysis. I have 4 monitors and it's just overkill. Two 22" is plenty

I hit the buy button, it didn't go thru i panicked and hit it again.....got filled for 2 contracts instead of just one, got stopped out for double

If your trading 5 contracts per trade, then you should deff know the answer to this question. You should be able to get 2.00 per side at worst, you should check our purchasing a seat if your trading 30 contracts a day.

A few things that have helped me... The first was switching from candlesticks to OHLC bars Also tape reading has helped with entry and exits. Third is trader psychology, trading in the zone has helped me look at the market differently
