Well today i traded for the first time since my huge loss for me anyway. The charts speak words for trading with zero confidence. Total of 2 trades 1 tick each. The irony is the runs after . HAL i feel your pain....... thalestrader don't poison her mind..... after all she is right, paul tudor jones said 10% is 10% it doesn't matter if it's 10,000 of 10 million. I really believe that to be an extremely successful trader you cannot have a ? in your mind about that . It is after all the root of money management. i wish i could still think that way.

she is well ahead of schedule to hit that million dollars... That would be awesome ...... wish her luck. btw ..I am sure you are aware that if her account is at least $500 before august 1 she is automatically entered in the king of the micro contest. i am not trading this week after last weeks losses.....

Have not traded much this week, my trading partner my brother took most of the week off, i should have done the same anyway I am down a little over $3,000 ouch!!!! Thalestrader congrats to your daughter!!!!!

Some examples would be great I 2 am getting curious, once she hits $500 she will be entered in the king of the micro contest, prizes i think r still up to $25000, some people in that contest make a ton some are up 1000% for the month, extreme leverage I guess anyway congrats to her and you it is great to see that she is doing so well. and as for fifth grade , if she keeps this up i would consider a tutor. lol....

At a 3% per day she will be a millionaire by the end of the year. congrats.

here are my trades for 7/7 pretty good day.

Didn't trade today but entered a trade after the close yesterday. Went short 2 at 918.50. Set a 4 point stop and a 10 point profit. Was happy to wake this morning with +$1000 before commissions so I took the day off.

Here are some charts from today. macd4 vs. volsplit. Has anyone tried to color or use line with to show intensity of the blocks being traded?

only traded for 1 hr today 2 wins 1 loss, about even after commissions.

what setting would you suggest and i can try them.

A 2500 VOlume Chart:

My brother's away today so i have the eot indicators all to myself if there is a particular chart on the eot volsplit anyone wants to see let me know. Also I believe that is extremely important to have a block size line thickness on the indicator. The thickness could be set to the size of the block trades or to the # of the block trades the more trade blocks + ? the thicker the line it may actually even be able to be defined as both, Color for frequency and thickness for size. I wish I could code this, But my Ts coding skills are not at that level. Also from watching my brother trade he uses larger sizes 300+ and really looks at 700+ , 1000+ which occur less often seem really be a point to look at, he uses a combination of the EOT volsplit and looks at the T&S. Example after a huge move you start to see 1000+ orders in the opposite direction , it may be time to get out of trade and start looking for reversal. Also if you are short and 1000+ orders going long against you then you may want to reconsider your short.

Took only one trade today after the news, our trading computer keeps freezing up. Traded after the news at 8:30 waited for the sell and then sold 2 contracts profit set at 2 points. + 200 less commissions in less than 2 mintues. Not bad. Made withdrawal from trading account for summer fun so trading 2-4 till it builds back up. Have a good weekend.
