Does anyone use sector overlays to see broad market direction within a given Indice? An example of this would be $OIX.X(OIL)INDEX, with an overlay of $INX(S&P 500) INDEX. I'm in the process of trying to find the correct overlays for individual sector/indice and if anyone has any information of what works best it would be greatly appreciated.

I like 3x and ultrashorts for the volatility aspect. What are your most used tech indicators for market transitions Minis? I'm new to the market but I've been using VIX, equity put/call ratios and volume %'s between inverse stocks.
