Try using an ADX chart. That will let you know if it is trending or not.

Here is a tip for you. Don't trade around news releases. It is almost impossible to win during those times.

Hi, I stumbled upon this great website but can't believe I need to make 3 posts to view the threads. Shouldn't you be able to view the threads then be forced to post a comment instead? Anyhow, I've been a successful trader since 1999 and though this will probably be my first losing year, I hope I can contribute lots to it. Master G.
