I completely agree... unfortunately vma4 its to noisy... actually vma3 has this properties... if you could find a midle one between vma3 and vma4 (little tighter than vma3 but not so noisy like vma4) we would be complete... thanks a lot Bruce ¡¡ cheers Walter.

I am doing research on forex at this time arround some new innovative indicators called vma... so far I presented some strategies like "vmar icons", "5 min laddering" trades... I will soon also reveal my scalper method derived from this research...(probably new thread)... This chart is : fantailvma3 template plus fantailvma4 standalone line (red)... I know Bruce it was not your intention to give this type of use to this line, but I find it a nice clean "signal" line to the vma3 baseline (yellow)... all experimental here.... cheers Walter.

Playing here... with just 1 min chart... a fantailvma3 rainbow plus the corrected vma4 standalone (red)... they do perform prety nice... trend trades (icon type) and countertrend after lazy exhaustion... really scalper oriented thing... for the amount of setups on the day you can shoot for 5-7 bucks contract/day... not bad... (on 1000 contracts) cheers Walter.

What I dont understand is what data he uses when you load the indicator from scratch again vs the real time thing... why does it get so slopy on rt ? dont want to sound annoying... hope I dont spell any bad word here... jejeje Bruce, would you be interested to see what I am doing on paralel with cci ? and my ideas about a possible ultra modern oscillator... just ideas here, dont want to be annoying... anoying people get others anoyed and then the anoyed want to get the anoyer anoyed too.. so this anoyed people are so anoyed they just anoyedly keep anoying each other... isnt all this phrase anoying jejeje ... This thread is for PLAYING with vmars.... here we let loose our imagination of how we can combine this beautifull set of indicators as well play with inputs, new formulas etc... Ok... the time has come to recap on some "VMAR Icon" Trades... I will go thru all setups I see... (not traded all) this is for practice purposes... so far I am doing my timing with fantailvma3 rainbow template on 1 min... You will notice I show the good and the bad ones, but notice how some of them did not get a bad entry... cheers Walter.

No Worries Bruce... I think vma4 its giving the leading line I expected to see... obviously I will not use it to look for the clean HE`s as I do with the previous versions... I am not expert on MT4 but this type of phenomena (divergence betwwen real time plot/historical plot) I had only see it on the vma4... all previous vma versions, plot on realtime "exactly" as when you look to historical data on your chart... could some command there be missing ? dont go nuts my friend.. jejeje cheers Walter.

Bruce.. this is the turbo : I notice this diference between real time and reload offline... REALTIME : RELOADED : That was with the original turbo version... I see this new vma4 would be one of the slow lines (yellow) of the turbo.... that real time plotting issue solved would finally get us on bussiness with vma4 turbo.... thanks Walter.
