  1. Glad to hear that ¡¡ this will be an easy one... so easy you should be driving a series 6 anytime soon... cheers The Chimp.
  2. Add a roullette and I beat them ¡¡ jejeje... got the formula...
  3. Here I start a new thread where I aim to present a very simplified version of what I am doing on forex at this point... It is a very simplified version of all what I had researched so far on vmar icons and also forex scalps with vma`s... This thread will show how we can "simplify" things to a point where trading can become a very fun silly game... I know that behind this simplicity there is a great extent of complexity, wich I believe we had been quite involved on the past weeks BUT lets use the ilustration of a car... This will be a BMW series 6 coupe you can check it here http://www.bmw.com/com/en/newvehicles/6series/coupe/2007/introduction.html think about all the engineers that worked designing the engine, each complex part of the engine plus the great features of confort and design that make it an unique experience to drive this machine... hours and hours of design, discussion, collaboration, interaction, chief orders, employes suggestions, more work, headaches, conflicts of interest on sectors of designs, comes and goes... work work work... and finally you got a BMW series 6 ready for you.. ready to take out of the cars dealers room, impecable, you had been trading quite, you deserve it, you are anxious to drive this horse... what you do when you purchase this car ? sit down, turn the key on , move shift to D, press accelerator and break... thats it... simple experience, joyfull one, pure pleasure... you ARE NOT thinking on the complex engineering behind what you are doing, you are not complicated about anything... you are relaxed, hear you favorite cd and enjoy the ride... Now, is the car doing complex things ? YES, he is... are you doing complex things ? NO you arent... thats how this trading aproach is being treated, there is a complex engineering behind it, there is a great VMA engine behind it, lots of testings and designs into how we can define pure trend, pure price action, pure timing... We wanted clear and easy setups, no brainers... we wanted a clean chart, no clotted charts... clear entries, clear exits... CLEAR everything... Well, after fulling a lot with vma`s thanks to the great programing job from Bruce (Pyenner) and combining some of the chimp`s ideas, plus our first vmar`s experiences now we come to a HIPER SIMPLIFIED version of how we can use this intrinsic complex tools in a very simple way... I will get a little bit off from the Rainbow concepts here... as I will only use three lines on a chart, but not any common line... the best of the best in vma`s... plus a very nice clean oscillator named after the happy chimp... Keep tuned as the chimp will take some cofee and continue with this new and exiting thread... cheers Walter.
  4. Like Frankesteins Desk ? jejejeje
  5. Its clear Bruce you came a long way man... I think you had created incredible great vma`s as also very interesting oscillators... My latest ones where I find myself very identified had been the latest adxvma6 lines and chimp2-1 where I find a very nice clean timing oscillator... Maybe is time to take a break Bruce and get more focused on some good setups with this great indicators... I have some good clean aplications for this last ones and would like to share with you and my fellow traders some time this week... If you have plans to design some other new indicators and with the great gift you have on programing plus your great willing actitude wich I am so greatfull, I can eventually tell you about some indicators that are as cool as they could get and would be incredibly usefull (dont know if they actually can be programed to mt4 )... but I should have to show you the great true applications behind them, to captivate your motivation to work on them... thats really up to you... In what concerns to VMA`s I feel we got a SUPER arsenal to work with... I dont have words Bruce to say you thanks... I feel I owe you a LOT on the riches you provided me on this vma programing... hope to give back on some threads on aplications of this real jewels... with real life aplications and keep posted as I evolve on the usage of them... Thats my comentary at this stage of this great process we had come thru so far... cheers The Chimp.
  6. there is a set of tools that help to time your trades with less noise and at the same time leading... not suitable for everybody... but helps left brained people like me.. cheers Walter.
  7. for example (this is only for scalpers)... if you want to scalp your way to 8 bucks/contract daily with trend and countertrend setups... this combo of vma`s plus this clean timing oscillator can do it prety nice... again, only for scalpers, at least on this time frame... cheers The chimp..
  8. So far I can see if used properly, they can become timing gems for scalping... they do give a clean panorama for entries in a scalping aproach... cheers The Chimp.
  9. Hi Adamned... I understand somehow your experience as I think we all did go thru that type of situations at some stage... The casino thing... my advice is to drop it... martingale type of money managment do not work at a professional level, it may be a fun game for some time but eventually you will not succeed with it... Being profesional on this game first means having decided where your arena will be... this decision principally its related to instrument and time frame... will you play futures, forex, stocks, options etc... then will you scalp, daytrade or play long term... Any of this decisions DO NOT give you an edge... you may loose or win on any product, any time frame... changing them does not create any true edge... Where is the edge ? your setups in relation to the market conditions... if you get to the point of "understanding" market conditions, and you have the apropiate setups for each of them... plus a superb clean timing tool.... most probably you are more near to be in bussiness... here at TL there is lots of diferent aproaches, we got market profile, market statistics, candles, vma`s, price action formed setups... you name it... all of them are succesfull techniques if applied on the right market condition and keeping things as clean as possible... hope you find here something of usefull aplication... we are here to help... cheers The Chimp.
  10. I also find very nice clean timing aplications for chimp 2-2 on a 1 min chart... say you had an x setup being built on a 5 min chart and want to do a "very specific timing" on 1 min chart... I attach example with chimp2-2 inputs 5-5-1-5... also applied a signal line with sma 8 of chimp... its a very clean way of getting into a trade... no double guess here... cheers The Chimp.
  11. higher dx values put the oscillator practically all above 0... unfortunatelly dont find any usage to that phenomena as my original thought was... lots of variations here... I find some trend bias aplications on some normal settings... for chimp2-2...
  12. I asume Bruce, weight out is just a smoother, is it ?
  13. Now, this is a very interesting piece of oscillator we got here... interestingly more positive above 0 plotting... find curious aplications to this funny mountains he creates... happy today its saturday, got time to play with this... cheers the Chimp.
  14. Aiki, can you expand this topic... sounds interesting... cheers The Chimp.
  15. Hi Bruce... I am taking a look at this chimp stuff... Could chimp 3 include a Weight DX input variable ? so far testing all this oscillators... nice job Bruce... cheers Walter.
  16. Sundowner : I am so glad you are having this results, its really a great joy to hear that ¡¡ on the coming weeks I will be introducing a new scalping method (nothing new, just a variation) I am actually testing... certainly Bruce is very much responsable for providing us with such a great clean tools... please Sun, feel free to post charts and make any questions... cheers The Chimp.
  17. Whats normally the deadline for IV to move ?
  18. James, can you add a Roullette.... I got some statistical methods to beat it.. jejeje cheers The Chimp.
  19. Tin... any particular method to scan this oportunities ?
  20. Tin, thats where a "flip trade" would set up... cheers The Chimp.
  21. Now the chimp is in a complete state of joy... he got an indicator with his name ¡¡¡ you rock Bruce ¡¡ made this ape his day... cheers The Happy Chimp.
  22. at least it creates a great base for what its coming next... Bruce (Pyenner) has evolved tremendously on vma indicators programing and it makes possible a complete new generation of vmar icons in a very near future... yake care Nate ¡¡ cheers The Chimp.
  23. thanks Unicorn ¡¡ feel free to interact.... cheers Walter.
  24. Glad to hear that Serge ¡¡ its nice to share and also receive a lot here at TL... interaction and collaboration is a great tool for growth, so feel free to interact ¡¡ cheers Walter.
