Had options account blown up by US based broker - no risk management. Also wrecked TS account last year on same day as badly pranging car, overtraded badly and lost over $2k in a day on a $5k account - which led to wipeout 6 weeks later. The moral of the story is simply to stay in the game kill these bad days early and come back with a fresh head or go to demo for a while. Enforce daily loss limits etc
