There are 3 types of non-sponsor vendors who frequent discussion forums like this one: The first type are the snake oil salemen, scammer, also known as spammers. they would make innocent looking posts like this: Second type of vendors, although they are non-sponsors, made it known that they are vending, because they have their business name in the tag line, or somewhere easily identifiable. Third type of vendors are stealth vendors. They hide the fact that they are vending. They post fancy charts to entice you, or to discuss their method in great length, but without really disclosing their method. It is when you are hooked, then they would say, ... my software is available for $1,400 per year, or ... I am starting a new class next month, or ... you can come to my blog. The first type of vendors' posts get deleted almost immediately; you seldom see them. The second type is not my business; MMM can do whatever he wants. It is the third type that is most disturbing to us. if you are not doing any of the above, you are not a "non-sponsoring vendor" in my eyes.

This actually happened in USA a few times; the police fined the kids for having a lemonade stand without license. It was on CNN.

I think you two are just hung up on semantics. Both of you have stated your feelings/position at least once. We can carry on without repeating them again.

that's why you should only buy stocks that go up. You'd make money every time.

I am really not interested in seeing any PnL. Since you want to post a PnL, why are you posting an estimate but not the real one from your real trades? By your own admission, you make "mistakes"; wrong buttons, fat fingers, and all, which is understandable. We all do that. But if you are going to post a PnL, isn't it misleading (or even fraudulent) that you are posting a purported system PnL that even you -- the Grail Master, cannot achieve?

in another words, it is simulated, not real money trade. may I ask, why are you so afraid to use real money for such a sure fire Grail? especially when you can call the trades down to the tick? There should be NO risk, right?

You should check the exchange's website... and get the contract specification from there. Why rely on hearsay from an anonymous forum when you can get the trusted information directly from the authority?

is this real money? or simulated trading?

For Those of You Good at Math and Probabilities.
Tams replied to Nvesta81's topic in Beginners Forum
you don't need past behavior. Past behavior only gives you a prediction of repeating the past behavior. e.g Bollinger Bands. wrong. it has a 50/50 chance on the next uptick/downtick, not the profit target. less then 50/50 if there is a chance for unchange. find the number of permutation between $10 and $20, and you have your probability. -
To me, Collective2 or ZuluTrader account (etc) as a 3rd Party auditor have very little value. Not all the vendors sell computerized systems, and systems can be fudged. There are a good number of "successful" system on C2, if C2 can lend such credence, those systems would have taken over the World by now; you won't need to vend, LOL.

please do not cofuse T&S with data feed. 1. data feed is aggregated, T&S is not. 2. data feed is real time, T&S is not.
