  1. Good honest post, friend. We don't or can't have an edge and never will. So forget about the edge talk (and don't believe the SoS). We either follow Goldman or we suffer, that's our choice.
  2. I'll answer it. I trade the eMini but do not make a living from the trading. Moderated Message: LINK DELETED
  3. I did comment. Did you read the comment? I am contributing and commenting kindly...
  4. Thanks steve46 for the response. A couple questions, and I'm not trying to be an idiot or jerk. But, why do you have students? I assume they pay you for the privilege... So, why do you have paying students, if you can produce an income trading with the professionals? Your answer might be, 'because my time and effort is worth something, and the student wants to pay for it - credible information has a price'. Good answer. But are you trading for a living or teaching for a living? If you can teach for a living, why trade? If you can trade for a living, why teach? We cannot earn a bachelors, masters and doctrine degree from the CME, can we? I'm not aware of any credited school which trains individuals to teach day trading. My point is this. All of us are just as good and just as bad - as the woodies indicator trader or, the flip a coin trader or, the screen trader with a $3000 seat on the CME floor. We are amateurs in comparison to Goldman. Period. Moderated Message: DELETED LINK
  5. I have an idea for traders sharing information Now the Moment. just like you did with your chart, only real time. Like your opinion Now the Moment. Edit: This thread is not for adverts for external sites.
  6. Here's an idea for a free trading room I built over the weekend. Moderated Message: DELETED LINK Contact on site for suggestions and comments.
  7. I ran a trader based Skype room last year and after about two months, the like minded traders started their own Skype rooms or opened paid web sites. Thinking about setting up a free trader web site using GoToMeeting. The basis of the daily meeting would be to 'use your method to trade the best opportunity'. We would cycle through the members screens and discuss where the best opportunity might be, each using your own trading method. With this idea as a base, a member would be responsible for her/his trading methods and not have to defend or answer any questions about their trading plan or indicators. Simply stated, we trust the surgeon while she/he is operating - we never question or debate with them. I trust you know your system, hence, I trust you and your analysis. It is always my choice to trade when/where I want. We are all experienced enough to know each others indicators or strategy 'After' you put on a trade. No education is necessary. I know all about you and your methods, when/where you put on the trade and when/where you exit. Let's use our self contained knowledge - For Us - and stop debating and testing each other!
  8. Hey MaxB, long time ES trader, like to listen in on your skype room. My name is Anthony and skype is anthony4558 - please add thanks.

  9. Yes, I was watching the Friday's action closely since you said, the open (weekly, monthly, quarterly) becomes more significant towards the end of it's period. The movement was almost magnetic towards 1331.00. Now, can I assume the weekly open 1331.00, was important to the Buyers on Monday since the price rose to 1341.25 by 11:00est off the open and, retraced to 1331.00 from the weekly low of 1316.00? Or is the weekly open just a price pivot to be aware of throughout the week? Thanks for your time.
  10. Thanks Steve46 for your insight to the significance of the weekly ES open, 9:30 est. Think the chart explains a lot: Weekly Open 1331.00, Weekly 50% 1330.75, Friday's push down to the Weekly Open.
  11. Great posts 46; So the weekly open is every Monday 9:30 est. Are the yearly, quarterly and monthly opens the first Monday of the year, quarter and month - or the first trading day (at 9:30 est) of year, quarter and month?
  12. click here TL! Reviews they did not remove the link on this page
  13. Does anyone constructively use the Chat room on Traders Lab during the trading day?
