If anyone here is having problems uploading, please post here. We ran a couple of tests and things seem to be working fine. However, a few members have notified me of attachment uploading issues. Thanks

Ok guys, thanks for the patience. Attachments is fixed now and shouldnt result in any error when uploading. Still need to fix Blu-Rays attachments. :bang head:

Interesting chart on ES today. First sign of weakness is shown by the transparent circle on volume increase. Then rallies slightly to hit resistance at a key resistance level from 2/5 high.

There is an attachment problem that we are looking into. Sorry for the inconvenience but looking to get this fixed asap. Thanks

Great job guys with the charts. A picture is worth a thousand words. Mr. Paul had a good point regarding the possibility of short selling. The rules are different across all markets but here in Japan trades can take place outside of the regular auction. Block orders can be done right before the open, right before the morning session close, and right before the afternoon session close. Buyers and sellers are able to negotiate a price between themselves. These orders usually get printed on the tape at the end of the day. Personally I always thought this rule was the biggest BS in trading here as the last volume print of the day will force the PVP to shift.

If for some legal reason it requires it pullled, I will comply. Otherwise, I prefer to simply remove the user from our system and which will change the username to guest or anonymous but keep the content.

Exactly like Brownsfan mentioned. You will need to see what happens tomorrow to fully understand the meaning of the block orders you saw. But keep in mind that the hint you spotted may have a significant meaning.

Its possible that its institutional block orders placed at the close. Could be one party or a number of parties orders grouped together. Possible that a hedge fund took a long position for its portfolio.

I would never reproduce anyones work without prior notice, approval, and appropriate credit. However, I am against removing material already posted on the site. Content is king and the life of TL. It doesn't make any sense to post in the first place if the intention was to be removed later on.

We are finally back. System upgrade went smoothly and we have managed to fix known bugs. Attachments problem is fixed. Thread preview is fixed. Album picture uploading is fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience, but the system upgrade was necessary and happy to have finally finished

Hi, We will be running a maintenance check on our system tonight. A few bugs are still present that needs to get fixed and will experience some downtime later on. Sorry for the inconvenience but this maintenance is fairly urgent in order to fix such problems like attachments, Trader IQ bars, preview thread buttons, etc.... Thank you. James

He deleted it directly from the threads...which are stored in a folder on our server. Since the attachments get renamed differently when uploaded and stored, there is no way to retrieve it. There must be thousands of files stored by now. I am working with my programmer to see if we can restore an older backup for the VSA thread and try to fix it from there.
