we do seem to be sucking people in ...in this rally today...Just does not seem sustainible to me. I am wondering on a 3 day time horizon whether this will prove to be a good shorting area...

I am short the Dax from this ams highs...and looking for that...11-1 sell off back to am lows... 30-40 points if I am lucky... Biggst fly in that ointment is that Oil could get to the $105-$110 area today imo

Assuming the 11352 area is the end of the retrace off the Dow lows at just sub 11300 earlier would look for it to regain highs later... Still not really confirmed on my charts though...
